Philadelphia Science Festival | April 21-29 | Citywide
About: The Philadelphia Science Festival is a nine-day, community-wide celebration of science that takes place annually in April. Featuring lectures, debates, hands-on activities, special exhibitions and a variety of other informal science education experiences for all ages, the Festival aims to provide opportunities for all Philadelphians to positively engage with and build a community around science, engineering, and technology.

Science After Hours: Prom
When: Friday, April 21 from 7-10 p.m.
Where: Franklin Institute, 271 N. 21st St.
Kick off the Philadelphia Science Festival with a prom! Part of The Franklin Institute’s popular Science After Hours event series, join us for the ultimate scientific soiree, where the punch will be spiked and the science will shine brightly like a sequined gown. This event is 21+.
Geek Out Game Show!
When: Wednesday, April 25 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Where: Franklin Institute, 222 North 20th Street
Are you a science whiz with a competitive streak? Several lucky contestants will put their knowledge to the test in a series of wild and weird science challenges with the hope of being crowned the champion. Sip on a drink from the cash bar as you watch contestants tackle one crazy competition after another—and experience how outrageous science can be!
Science Carnival at Penn’s Landing
When: Sunday, April 29 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Where: Penn’s Landing, 101 S. Columbus Blvd.

College Pathways into Tech
