Connecting with recruiters at job fairs is a great way to show employers that you want to work with them. Research the companies attending JobFest, learn about their company culture, and have questions ready to ask them—plus, practice your elevator pitch in advance.
2. New to in-person networking? Try your hand at networking virtually, first.
JobFest will take place virtually on September 26, which means you’ll get to hop online and chat with employers in the region—in your own comfortable space! Come as you are, and prepare to chat virtually (via text or video!) with our employers.
BTW: You can filter the fair based on what you actually want to see. Brazen will automatically filter the booths based on your selection(s), and you’ll be able to “get in line” to chat with the recruiters that fit you best.

You can log on to Brazen for our virtual JobFest any time between 3pm and 6pm, or join us in-person on October 5 from 4-6pm. If you can make a small part, it’s a great way to fit some career prep in your schedule. (Pro tip: Sign up for both events for the best of both worlds!)
4. Panelists!
Hearing advice directly from employers is the best way to strategize for future success. At our virtual JobFest on September 26, you’ll have the opportunity to tune in to live panel discussions and interviews, including:
4-4:30pm: Careers at Vanguard
Hear from top recruiters at Vanguard about how to land an internship or job. During this panel we will talk with talent acquisition leaders, Ashley Reese and Jaclyn Melfi, about all the great opportunities at Vanguard and their tips for resumes, interviews, and entering the work place!
5-5:30pm: Financial Literacy with WSFS
Learn all about finances with Robert Juliano, VP of Corporate Giving and Financial Education at WSFS! Robert will share some great insights about managing your finances and how to make the most of your money.

5. There’s no limit!
There’s no cap on how many recruiters you talk with at JobFest! In our virtual fair, you can talk with all the recruiters you want (on a timer), and pop back into the lobby to start again. In our in-person fair, it’s all up to you!
