One of The Franklin InstituteÕs most popular exhibits, The Giant Heart stars the largest walk-through heart in the countryÑit would be the perfect fit for a 220-foot-tall person. The area also includes a full-size surgical theater recreation, complete with video effects that generate an in-action open-heart surgery; a musical cartoon about blood transport; a running skeleton; and crawl-through arteries.
