CollegeFest 2015

CollegeFest 2015 was held at Dilworth Park at Philadelphia City Hall. Campus Philly welcomed 5,000 students from 140 colleges and universities for a day filled with prizes, free admission to eight local cultural institutions, and free transportation provided by the PHLASH.

Annual Meeting 2014

Campus Philly’s Annual Meeting took place on December 8, 2015, at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University and celebrated our organization’s first 10 years. You can see what you missed or think back on a great evening with the two videos below.The first video is a brief recap featuring our event theme, “Choosing Philadelphia.”

CollegeFest 2014

CollegeFest is Philadelphia’s full-day welcome to new and returning college students! The festival celebrates our city as a thriving college town, introducing everything off-campus that makes Philadelphia a great place to be a student.

Open Arts

Campus Philly connects college students to the arts and culture community through Open Arts and we celebrate students discovering that incredible community in this video produced for Open Arts and Campus Philly’s 2013 Annual Meeting.

Annual Meeting 2012

Campus Philly’s Annual Meeting took place on Thursday, December 6, 2012, at WHYY and focused on Greater Philadelphia’s growth as a “brain magnet.” In an effort to showcase Philadelphia as one large campus, Campus Philly produced this video and presented it at the meeting to more than 200 attendees.

Annual Meeting 2011

Campus Philly’s Annual Meeting took place on Thursday, December 15, 2011, at WHYY and focused on Talent: How to Grow it and Keep it. This event was sponsored by the City of Philadelphia, Drexel University, Deloitte, LLP, Select Greater Philadelphia and the CEO Council for Growth. In an effort to showcase some of the awesome talent that this region has already retained, Campus Philly produced this video, Philadelphia’s Promise, and presented it at the meeting to more than 200 attendees.

PHL: People and Places of Philadelphia

This inspiring video celebrates the people and places of Philadelphia and shares a new narrative of the city with the world. Discover Philadelphia. Discover PHL. An open source community asset, this video is directed by up-and-coming Philadelphia-based creators Pete Herron and Kris van Genderen for the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Uwishunu: Philly 101 Series

This Philly 101 video features Ashlie Thornbury, Director Of Retention Initiatives at Campus Philly. Learn about what Ashlie does, and what she wishes more people knew about and appreciated here in Philadelphia.

75 Acres of Awesome: A Digital Short

The Philadelphia branding agency, 160over90 created a stop-motion video for one of our Campus Philly partner schools, Chestnut Hill College, that showcases what college living is like on the outskirts of the city and all around downtown. Take the journey from CHC’s 75 Acres of Awesome into the storybook neighborhood of Chestnut Hill and end with some iconic Philly spots, like Independence Hall, Kelly Drive, the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Rittenhouse Square!
