Part of Hand to Hand Circus Festival
Heliopause is an original contemporary circus creation directed by Molly Saudek, in collaboration with the 2021 Circadium graduating class.
In astronomy, the heliopause is the point out beyond termination shock that marks the edge of the heliosphere, the end of our Sun’s reach, and the moment where the pressure of the solar winds and the pressure of the interstellar medium come into balance. In Heliopause, we explore the various faces of self, self-engagement, self-reflection and where that self encounters community.
Heliopause is a show about where we end and the other(s) begin(s).
Performed indoors, live. Guest seating will be distanced from other parties in the performance space.
