Due to impending inclement weather, we are adjusting the Inclusive Leadership Conference time to 10am-4pm. Please note the delayed start time of 10:00am to allow for safe travel to campus.  We look forward to seeing you tomorrow! As this is an evolving situation, please be monitoring your email as we will communicate with you should any additional delays be required.

We are so excited to announce that registration is open for the 2024 Inclusive Leadership Conference (ILC)! The conference is produced by Temple University’s Student Activities and IDEAL teams, in collaboration with Campus Philly.

The Inclusive Leadership Conference allows students to learn about authenticity, belonging, leadership, and diversity in so many ways! We will have three Education Blocks: Your Identity – Celebration and Acceptance, Your Leadership – DEI, and Your Future – Tech and Wellness. Each block consists of 5-7 speakers that you will be able to choose from throughout the day. We will also have two keynote presenters, Nyle DiMarco and Rob Lawless! We hope that you will connect with others and learn from our diverse group of presenters this year.

Haven’t heard of ILC? Here’s what you need to know: On Saturday, February 17 from 10am to 4pm, we will gather at Temple’s Howard Gittis Student Center with 400+ college students from across the Philadelphia region for a full day of workshops, speakers, and interactive sessions focused on leadership, diversity, and inclusion.

ILC is the largest collegiate conference in the Greater Philadelphia area, getting students activated in the quest to create spaces that:

  • Celebrate DIVERSITY: recognizing & appreciating the inherent value of differences
  • Cultivate UNITY: collaborating in effort and resource to support equity, equality and justice for all
  • Captivate AUTHENTICITY:  encouraging healthy discourse and empowering students to live and lead in truth
  • Culminate INCLUSIVITY: fostering a sense of belonging and allowing all members of our community to be seen, felt, and heard

Register now! We’ll see you on February 17.
