Power Street Theatre presents Souletri Fest on Saturday, October 7th, 2023 from 11-6pm to celebrate Philadelphia’s booming arts community and Hispanic Heritage month in the heart of el barrio at the Lighthouse Field Sports Complex. Souletri Fest will feature three different unique stages and invite a broad audience of thousands to engage with poetry, spoken word, musical theater, storytelling, visual arts, dance, and more in an outdoor community space.
The family-friendly festival will feature various forms of incredible entertainment for audiences of all ages!
*Cost: This is a pay-what-you-decide festival. No donation is too small or too big! Your contribution will support Power Street Theatre’s model of prioritizing arts access for our communities.
*Main Stage: Bring a blanket and/or folding chair for comfort as you enjoy live music, poetry, comedy, and more in left field for our Main Stage performances hosted by Che Guerrero and Naima ‘The Self Love Poet’.
Featuring Performers: Tiffany Janell, B., Murayama, Jahwula, Ken Jones, EazyMelow, Nicole Phoenix, Garrick Vaughan, Steph Ox, RyAnn V Bryant, and Mello Jones
Featuring Bands: Omar’s Hat, Bomberos de la Calle, Afro Dominicano, and Girls Rock Philly.

*Open Mic Stage: Share your talent with an audience by signing up at the indoor open mic in The Barn hosted hourly by five powerful community organizations such as Souletri Sundays featuring RyAnn V Bryant, That Poetry Jawn featuring Lady Syren and Yogi Jawn, Poetry and Paint featuring Sammy B, We Snappin featuring Alex Santiago and Sol Fed featuring Mileena. Music by DJ R3M.
*Children’s Stage: Bring your kiddos to participate in the children’s area for games, free books by Tree House, face painting, jam session with Karen Smith, performances for babies and toddlers by Ninth Planet, arts and crafts with Sabriaya Shipley, and more!
*Artists Row: Start your holiday shopping early or invest in a little self-care by supporting local vendors. Bring cash!
