Winter, spring, summer, or fall—1 to 2 days a week. College students interested in a career in marketing, communications, or web/graphic design can gain real-world experience while still in school. Your duties will include:

• Supporting digital marketing plans and events

Freelance Web Designer for Digital Marketing Agency

We are expanding our team of Freelance Web Designers to support marketing plans for our customers. Ideal candidates will:

• Develop web mockups based on wireframes/information architectures
• Build and maintain front-end websites in WordPress
• Integrate CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

**Having traditional graphic design capabilities is a plus, not a requirement to develop web mockups and produce associated design assets (branding, graphics, retouched images)**

• Layout sales material for PDF/printing (brochures, technical guides, etc.)
• Package PowerPoint presentations / slide decks
• Create infographics based on copy wireframes
• Create brand identity assets (logos, icons)
• Produce social media assets (post images, company page images)
• Layout marketing emails and build within various platforms
• Produce images for search ads, retargeting ads, and LinkedIn ads

Starting from an apartment in Old City, and now to an office in East Kensington (Billy Penn Studios), Pinky is a pre-launch start-up operating in the consignment/tech space. Imagine Lyft but for consignment—you have stuff, you put it in a pink bin, we sell it, you get paid. If we cannot sell it, we will do our best to donate, upcycle or recycle the items. Everything should be this easy.
We care deeply about sustainability, giving back to our community and social justice. These are non-negotiable for us and deeply engrained in our culture.
We are looking for Consignment Consultants with experience in sales of second-hand fashion, specifically on Grailed, Depop Etsy and Poshmark. This job will be on location at Billy Penn Studios (5th and Oxford) and will be nights and weekends—with tons of flexibility.

Specific Duties
• Manage bin disposition for incoming product
• Value product
• Prep and photograph items
• Determine best platform and collateral for resale
• Help create KPI’s and SOP’s
• Recommend alterations/upcycling ideas to keep product out of landfill
• Sort non-sellable product based on our pinky partner (charities) criteria

Education + Experience
– Re-selling experience with Depop, Grailed, Etsy, eBay, Poshmark, etc.
– Creative self-starter and entrepreneurial in nature
– Thrives with autonomy but also works well with a team
– Looking to be a part of something from the ground floor
– Tolerating us blasting The Grateful Dead and The Clash is also a pro

Position involves doing varied tasks for several profit-making/nonprofit businesses which need to be improved, some need to be started. Need interns who have an entrepreneur spirit, creativity, inspiration, and ingenuity.

Must have cell phone and laptop. Able to use Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, & Publisher.

Car helpful.

Work time can be Monday, 2-6pm, but can be at other times when there’s an event, days, evenings, nights, weekends. Location: IPaM, 1628-32 Ridge Ave, 19130. Some work can be done remotely from home.

Some tasks can get paid a commission. This is not a weekly paycheck job. Money must be generated from your work.

Year-round job, full or part time.

Educational/experience background needed: Business Management, HR, IT, finance, communications, marketing, sales, advertising, art.

IMMEDIATE OPENING:
International Relations/Marketing/Event Coordinator. Interns to spearhead vast range of projects and to assist the Council in coordinating and marketing special programs.

We are always looking for energetic and talented college students with a passion for Eurasian-American engagement to join Mid-Atlantic – Eurasia Business Council as interns. Internships at the Mid-Atlantic – Eurasia Business Council offer college students invaluable resume building work experience and networking opportunities. Interns will have the opportunity to learn about and contribute to many aspects of our business, interact with our partner organizations and members companies, and participate in events. Working for Mid-Atlantic – Eurasia Business Council offers the chance to enter the world of the international trade and business development, small business and entrepreneurship, event planning and marketing.

Qualifications

Innovative, personable, and high-energy individual with excellent communication, analytical, and/or computer skills.
• Undergraduate or graduate college students
• Ability to commit 8-10 hours per week (flexible structure)
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, as successful candidate will work with partner organizations and members companies
• Interest in and ability to work in both a team environment and alone with minimal direction
