Scout is looking for a part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) Spring Business Intern at Bok that has an interest in real estate development to join our team for twelve (12) weeks. Our hope is that you will sharpen your skills and learn about Bok as a business while providing support to the team.
We’re looking for critical thinkers, with an array of skills, who can creatively and enthusiastically bring a new perspective to our dedicated team.

Full-time enrollment in a Bachelor or Masters Degree program at an accredited college or university. Your educational background should be in one of the following fields: business administration, real estate development, urban planning or finance.
Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of at least one of the following areas: financial modelling, market research, drafting/editing proposals.
At minimum, you will need to have an advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Proof of full vaccination is required for this role for everyone’s safety.
Analyzing / organizing data regarding tenancy, compliance and community engagement at Bok
Preparing and presenting data-rich informational narratives and visualizations
Identifying opportunities by applying practical analyses
Project meeting coordination
Developing and/or analyzing market research to gather both qualitative and quantitative information and synthesize into actionable insights for Scout Management
Providing general administrative support
