Description

The Campus Philly team is seeking a remote data management intern for a focused internship for a four-week period over the 2021-2022 winter break. If you love numbers, have a passion and skill for Excel, and love Philadelphia as much as we do, submit an application today.

The intern will work closely with the Manager of University Partnerships and Analytics and will focus on the clean-up, management, and implementation of our Salesforce System.  

Here are some of the things this ​Data Management Intern will do throughout the four-week micro internship:

  • Assist the Manager of Analytics in reporting and analysis of Campus Philly’s CRM (customer relationship management)
  • ​With the help of the Manager of Analytics, create standard dashboards on Salesforce ​to streamline data
  • Monitor and update student and stakeholder records in Salesforce, our internal relationship management database, to maintain and update information as needed
  • ​Strategize ways to gather and update contact information across all higher education partners

You’ll also gain additional experience in reporting, relationship management, and more.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills (including Microsoft Excel) and familiarity with Salesforce
  • Adept at learning new tools and technologies and aggregating data from multiple sources
  • An organized self-starter, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Able to visualize make sense of data to provide recommendations for future content initiatives
  • Is able to perform this role remotely and has a functional phone, computer, and Internet service for Zoom meetings with the Campus Philly team
