TCI Supply is hiring an office clerk to help with the day-to-day shipping and receiving at its office in suburban Philadelphia. The company is growing and is looking for a motivated self-starter to help process our daily shipments.

About the Position, Role and Responsibilities

-The office clerk will work closely with the Operations Manager to receive boxes, open and log them, and to ship out daily orders.
-Inspecting and performing basic quality control scan on parts and packages received.
-Type Customer Invoices with QuickBooks
– Keeping records of packages including delivery notes, invoices, etc.
-Working with UPS and FedEx software to correctly label the packages.

-Strong interpersonal communications
-Attention to Detail
-Willingness to Work in a Team

Required Experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-2+ years experience working in an office environment
-Experience with Shipping and Boxing – UPS, FedEx, and DHL
-QuickBooks or similar accounting software
-Data Entry

Suggested Experience
-Knowledge of international shipping
-Familiarity with HubSpot, or similar CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Compensation – $18-$20 per hour
