Purpose: The Fitness Ethic is a personal training studio located in Philadelphia, PA. We believe everyone deserves to have a personal trainer and set their inner athlete. So we have created a method that makes athletic training more accessible and affordable. We offer 1:1, 2:1, and 4:1 coaching for 30-60 minutes/session. Everything we do is personal because the best results are achieved when your personal needs and goals are the main focus. Our goal is to expand across the tri-state area and eventually the US, making The Fitness Ethic a household name. With that being said we are looking for strong team members who have an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed.

Open Positions:
Head Coach: Able to train 1:1, 2:1, and semi-personal sessions.
Assistant Coach: Able to train semi-personal sessions
Intern: Athletic experience and working towards a training certification

Experience leading group classes and/or personal sessions
Experience working in a boutique fitness setting
Social media and/or marketing acumen
Sales experience B2C
Photography and videography experience
Book of clients that would follow you
