This Sales Enablement Coordinator takes initiative and direction to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Technically proficient, they possess excellent project management and organizational skills. They are process-driven, as well as a creative, analytical and dynamic thinker, able to consider challenges, develop solutions, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

The Sales Enablement Lead’s core goal will be to support the Sales Enablement Lead and Sales teams to sell better and more efficiently to exceed their goals, from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Competencies
-Excellent writing skills, experience with RFP writing a plus
-Experience creating presentations in Prezi
-Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, with an eye for design

Duties Include
-Own and streamline RFP response process and creation with assistance from team
-Manage, operationalize, and organize marketing and sales content to equip salespeople with the right content at the right stage for the right prospect throughout the entire opportunity
-Work with the marketing team’s content manager and graphic designer to ensure the right materials are being prioritized for development
-Design and create training materials and for all members of the sales team
-Own the follow up and tracking process for all sales enablement programs and projects
-Provide data analysis to report on associated metrics and -KPIs to determine effectiveness and ensure continuous process improvement

Additional Key Attributes
-Entry-1-2 years experience in marketing, sales enablement, or sales support function
-Understanding of sales processes and various sales methodologies
-Knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices
-Proven ability to design and create sales/training content
-Ability to understand metrics and data and how they relate to the sales process
-Strong and effective communicator
