This is the best neighborhood for window shopping, with cute, aesthetic shops like KIN BOUTIQUE and lots of little stores in MIDTOWN VILLAGE.

The most amazing ice cream is inside the iconic READING TERMINAL MARKET at BASSETTS ICE CREAM! Treat yourself to a taste of local cuisine and try a little bit of everything in this huge market with something for everyone.

Restaurants in this area have amazing ambience. My friends and I love going out to eat at RISTORANTE AROMA it’s quaint and perfect for a girls’ night out, or a date! There’s an outdoor patio that’s super cozy.

DILWORTH PARK right next to City Hall, is a gorgeous place to take photos and explore. There’s outdoor entertainment, yoga and workout groups, movie nights, and in the winter, the park turns into a holiday market with ice skating.

Fun fact: there’s a sycamore tree in the beautiful WASHINGTON SQUARE PARK whose seeds were carried to the moon on the Apollo 14 mission!

Right across from City Hall is LOVE PARK, and every year around the holidays there’s a Christmas Village filled with shops, snacks, and winter fun.

Insider tip: Spend an afternoon walking around with friends. Every street has such a different vibe, and plus, it’s great exercise!
