Everything you need and want is within walking distance once you see the enormous CHINATOWN FRIENDSHIP GATE! I love walking through Chinatown to get from place to place.

When you’re visiting Chinatown, you’re visiting for the food. There is no competition with NAN ZHOU NOODLE HOUSE when it comes to hand drawn noodles. DIM SUM GARDEN is a must for soup dumplings.

I cannot count the number of times I have been to BONCHON for mouthwatering fried chicken with a unique Korean twist. TERAKAWA RAMEN often has a line out the door, but is worth the wait for ramen and pork buns.

A few blocks north is the brand new RAIL PARK, an elevated trail built atop old railroad lines. Grab a seat on the huge bench swings for amazing city views!

FRANKLIN SQUARE has the best Philly-themed mini golf and great spots to sit and relax. Plus, the burgers at SQUAREBURGER are delicious!

Whatever your taste in music, there’s always a great show at UNION TRANSFER. Grab a bite at SAZÓN across the street before or after!

Insider tip: Although Chinatown is always changing, there’s a lot of history in the people, the restaurants and buildings that have stood there for decades. Enjoy looking around to get a sense of the atmosphere and culture of this neighborhood!
