Laura Craig

Laura Craig is the Associate Director of Career Development at Temple University.  Her own experience growing up in Northeast Ohio exposed her to the challenges of retaining young professionals at an early age, and she first learned of Campus Philly in 2009, while she was working 300 miles away in Virginia.  She is thrilled to bring her experiences in advising, program development, building relationships, communications, and navigating career technology to the Higher Education Advisory Council.  Informing others about how to use career development tools effectively is a major motivator in her work.  Prior to joining Temple, Laura served students and alumni at Hampden-Sydney College and the University of Virginia.   

Beyond her work in higher education, Laura also serves as the Career Development Coordinator for the Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority and is a member of Toastmasters.  When she is not at work, you can find her with her family, enjoying her back porch, filling her bird feeders, or at Longwood Gardens!
