City Visits
Campus Philly’s President, Dr. Jennifer Kebea, presents the Campus Philly model to local stakeholders for learning and discussion; engages in one-on one meetings with potential partners and supporters; and, assesses unique local opportunities for college student engagement and retention. A summary memo of the visit is provided, including actionable recommendations for moving forward in launching a local initiative.
Cost: $25,000 plus travel expenses (inclusive of: pre-visit consultation; preparatory research; presentation and sample materials for local stakeholders; summary memo with actionable recommendations for next steps; presentation of recommendations to stakeholders)
Consulting on Launching Campus-City Initiatives
Dr. Jennifer Kebea, Campus Philly’s president, provides ongoing consulting to cities as they launch their talent initiatives. This consulting can include, but is not limited to, help in constructing programs and student communications; assistance with building higher education and/or corporate partnerships; advising on staffing and organizational structure.
Cost: $250/hour, with travel and transportation billed separately at cost

In Philadelphia: Campus Philly is a nonprofit organization that fuels economic growth by encouraging college students to study, explore, live and work in the Greater Philadelphia tri-state region. More than half of college students (54%) stay in Philadelphia after they graduate. College student retention fuels population and economic growth. Philadelphia has grown the number of college-educated 25-34 year olds by 115%, supporting an additional 35,600 jobs; generating $394 million in tax revenue; and fueling $6.4 billion in additional earnings.
Nationally: Campus Philly has had successful consulting engagements with the following cities: Greensboro, NC; Richmond, VA; Norfolk, VA; Cleveland, OH; Fargo, ND; Northwest Arkansas; Wichita, KS; Tulsa, OK; Southeast Wisconsin. Campus Philly is also the co-producer of Young, Smart, and Local, a national conference on talent attraction and retention for cities.
